We are thrilled to address you as the co-CEOs and COO/Founders of Future Black Leaders Inc. – Chase Iseghohi, Mia Morales, and Shania Byers. It is with immense pride and excitement that we share the journey of our groundbreaking Black leadership nonprofit, established on June 9th, 2023.
As co-founders, our collective vision is to empower the next wave of black leaders, fostering a community that radiates excellence, promotes racial equity, and empowers individuals to realize their full potential. This vision is encapsulated in our mission statement and the pillars of excellence, equity, and empowerment.
The Mission of Future Black Leaders, Inc is to Radiate Excellence, Promote Racial Equity, and Empower Black leaders.
Radiating Excellence: We believe in setting high standards and showcasing the best in every individual. Through mentorship, educational programs, and community engagement, we strive to create an environment where excellence is not only expected but becomes a guiding principle for all Future Black Leaders.
Promoting Racial Equity: Recognizing the disparities that persist, we are committed to dismantling systemic barriers. Our initiatives focus on creating equal opportunities, advocating for inclusivity, and driving meaningful change within communities.
Empowering Black Leaders: Empowerment lies at the core of our mission. We are dedicated to providing the tools, resources, and support needed for black leaders to thrive. By fostering a sense of community, we aim to empower individuals to lead with confidence and make a lasting impact in their respective fields.
Our journey began over the summer with the establishment of Future Black Leaders Inc., and since then, we have been working tirelessly to lay the foundation for a dynamic and impactful organization. The support and enthusiasm we've received from the community have been inspiring, fueling our commitment to creating a space where black leadership is celebrated and cultivated.
